The goal of Lights Out is to turn off all of the lights! Sounds pretty simple, but it becomes a little more complicated- Each time you go to turn a light ON or OFF, each of it's neighbors (lights touching that light above/below or to either side), will SWITCH to the opposite of their current setting! This is where some careful planning and selection will help you win.
